About this contract

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, on behalf of itself and Westminster City Council invites tenders for the provision of a Bi-Borough Disagreement Resolution and Mediation Service for Children an Young People with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. The contract period will commence on 1st September 2019 and will end on 31st August 2021, the Authority will be entitled, at its absolute discretion to extend the contract period on the same terms for a further period or periods of up to 1 year making a total possible contract period of 3 years.
