About this contract

Brighton & Hove City Council would like to procure a service provider to design, establish and deliver a Brighton & Hove Citizens' Assembly (or "Brighton & Hove Climate Assembly") on becoming a Carbon Neutral city by 2030. This will require: • Identifying and recruiting local residents to take part in the Citizens' Assembly - please see below for options on this. • Organising and facilitating a minimum of three assembly sessions through a deliberative engagement process, including co-designing content and materials with the city Council and the Independent Advisory Board • Producing a final report focusing on a set of prioritised recommendations for the Council by May/June 2020 To apply, please register on the south east shared services portal where the tender is now live. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing
