About this contract
The council is looking to deliver a bespoke customer service programme specifically targeted for officers who deliver a front-line service either face to face or over the phone to a diverse range of citizens in Sandwell. The training package needs to deliver face to face sessions in small groups as well as the option to develop a training design that can be converted by Sandwell's inhouse Learning & Development team to an eLearning course for all Sandwell Council employees. The face to face sessions will need to be delivered at one of the Sandwell Council sites. The estimated budget available for the delivery of this training is £90,000 and the contract period will be for 1 year, commencing April 2024. The Council does not bind itself to this or any other figure and is not a guarantee of business which may be generated from this contract.
