About this contract

Manchester City Council wish to offer 62 refurbished properties to the market on the basis of a Head lease from MCC. The selected Landlord organisation will be responsible for letting the individual properties to occupiers. MCC will acquire and refurbish the 62 properties prior to the Headlease commencing. It is envisaged that the properties will be offered on a 20 years full repairing and insuring basis. Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as THE CHEST www.the-chest.org.uk to conduct the procurement exercise. To gain access to the application questionnaire, tenderers will need to register their company details at the above website. Once registered, tenderers will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the documents. Tenderers will need to electronically submit their completed application questionnaire and accompanying documentation via the CHEST on-line portal by 17.00 hours on the 4th March 2016. Any supplier questions queries will also need to be submitted via THE CHEST website. .
