About this contract

Manchester City Council wish to offer 62 refurbished properties to the market on the basis of a Head lease from MCC. The selected Landlord organisation will be responsible for letting the individual properties to occupiers. MCC will acquire and refurbish the 62 properties prior to the Headlease commencing. It is envisaged that the properties will be offered on a 20 years full repairing and insuring basis.
