About this contract

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council are seeking to appoint an experienced Main Contractor to refurbish the building in a sympathetic manner in keeping with its curtilage listing and alongside the fabric repairs, replace the existing Mechanical and Electrical plant to provide a continuing economic use for the building as an fully operational restaurant.
