About this contract

Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking for submissions for the reactive maintenance works at Belgrave House; a demise that is leased to the Authority. The contract is nearing its agreed end date and the Authority is contractually obliged to carry out repair and maintenance works before 31 October 2019, to ensure the Authority's contractual commitments are honoured. Offers will only be considered from those who attended a site visit, who were able to take measurements to inform the pricing schedule provided.
