About this contract

Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking to secure the expertise of a suitably qualified contractor to undertake a behavioural insights project. The successful applicant (bidder) will have experience and skills in delivering behavioural insights work and preferably within a Local Authority setting. To design and scope behavioural insights research for the 5 Tees Valley local authorities to understand why certain groups don't access COVID-19 and flu vaccinations.
