CORSERV Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd is seeking to appoint a competent and experienced contractor to refurbish the communal facilities, areas and gardens at Bederkesa Court in Bodmin. Description of works to include: 1. Refurbishment Works to Communal Corridors, Staircases, Flat Entrance Doors. 2. Redesigning Communal Toilets. 3. Alterations to Office/Reception. 4. Converting Assisted Bathroom to Hairdressers Room. 5. Common and Dining Room - Replacing Timber Glazing/Doors to South Facing Façade and Installing Roof Lights. 6. Dining Room - New Flooring, Ceiling and LED Lighting. 7. Redesigning Part of External Garden. 8. New Entrance in North Facing Bay Window
