About this contract

Lewisham Council invites you to submit a tender for the provision of Landscape Architecture/ Principal Designer/ Contract Administrator/Supervisor services for the regeneration of Beckenham Place Park East. The consultant appointed will complete the technical design of the landscape and ensure all aspects of the scheme are delivered to a high quality through to handover and use. All duties, as set out by RIBA, associated with work stages 4 - 7 are expected to be undertaken by the consultant appointed. The Council is seeking a complete, 'end-to-end' package of consultancy services from design/tender stage right through to end of defects sign-off. Amongst other things, the multi-disciplinary team will be responsible for fulfilling the role of principal designer during pre-construction/demolition and the role of contract administrator during works, as well as preparing the specification for the works and assisting with the tender evaluation process.
