About this contract

Conversion of basement storage room to form single one bedroom flat. The building comprises a four storey residential block originally constructed circa 1950. There are 17 flats (numbers 29 to 46) on three floors. There is a partly disused basement storage area situated to the north end of the building which is to be converted into a single residential flat. The block is of system built concrete panel construction overlaid with traditional timber framed pitched tiled roof. The external walls are mainly rendered with some areas of exposed concrete panelling. Floors are of solid concrete slab construction. The windows to the store area comprise original single glazed steel Crittal units. The external door is a solid flush faced timber unit.
