About this contract
We are looking to commission consumer research to: • better understand the views and experiences of participants (the public, users of health and care services and health and care professionals) about the barriers and enablers to raising a concern with a health or care professional regulator or accredited register. • receive tangible recommendations for improvements to the process and accessibility of raising a concern with a regulator or Accredited Register, to inform our Standards review. • identify any barriers that may affect particular groups with shared characteristics more than others. Further detail can be found in the ITT. Cut off time for queries in relation to the Invitation to tender is 5 pm / 1700 hrs on Monday 4th November.
