About this contract

Barnsley College is a multi-site College with a large student population. Barnsley College is looking to invite tenders from prospective suppliers for a new Management Information System to allow us to continue to track and evolve our student data to ensure we remain one of the top Further Education Colleges in the country. Barnsley College welcomes bids from all types/sizes of organisations. Detailed documents are available as part of the tender and set out Barnsley College requirements for this process. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the documents are as accurate and comprehensive as possible, we understand you may have queries or the need to seek clarification. All questions must be directed through the In-tend procurement portal. Barnsley College will ensure all questions are answered as promptly as possible and all questions and answers will be shared with all suppliers engaged in the process at regular intervals during the process. Feedback will be provided to unsuccessful organisations explaining why they did not meet the selection/award criteria. Additional information: In-tend is the electronic system that will be used to manage the tender process. The Barnsley College In-tend Supplier Portal address is https://in-tendhost.co.uk/fe All bids must be submitted via the My Tenders section of the Intend Supplier Portal. All questions regarding the process must be submitted via the Correspondence Section of the In-tend Supplier Portal. As part of your submission to Barnsley College you may wish/need to upload certain documents via the portal - the portal will accept any type of file. The normal size of document that the system will accept is 5MB per document; however this depends on the speed of the connection through which you are accessing the portal so you may be able to upload larger documents.
