About this contract

The Council are looking for a Supplier to manage the lamp column banner advertising scheme throughout Brighton & Hove. The Supplier will offer a complete advertising banner solution, to include, sales, design, administration, print and installation and changeover. The Council will issue a concession licence to operate this service and a fee will be payable to the Council.
