About this contract

Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (RPHFT) is investigating the opportunities of working with a corporate partner for back office services. Initial scoping work has focussed on RPHFT's Patient Booking Administration Service, HR Records Management solution and Patient Transport Booking Administration Services with the intention of leveraging the benefits of a shared services or partnership model and delivering service improvements which support front line patient care, employee experience and achieve sustainable cost reductions. As this is a new area of work for RPHFT the purpose of this opportunity notice is to identify potential partners and inform the scoping and decision making process within the Trust.
