About this contract

NHG are inviting sales agents to submit written and presented briefs for the award of estate agency services to sell the 234 private sale homes in the first phase of our Aylesbury regeneration project in Elephant and Castle. This is referred to as the First Development Site ('FDS'). We have provided an accommodation schedule, site plans, typical floor plans, CGIs, and expected phasing for handovers. The contract is expected to last for around 2 to 3 years; however, this may be varied depending on the build programme and sales rates.
