About this contract

The Council's in house service provider, Leeds Building Services (LBS) are looking to a appoint external contractors to undertake the annual servicing, remedial maintenance, responsive repairs and new installations for automatic doors, barriers and gates across the estate. The tender will be in the following 2 lots. Lot 1: Service, Maintenance and Responsive Repairs for Automatic Doors, Barriers and Gates Lot 2: Supply and Installation of New Automatic Doors, Barriers and Gates
