About this contract

United Communities is offering the opportunity for contractors to submit a quotation for the removal of an existing door entry system to 21 flats and the installation of a new audio visual gate and door entry system. The project consists of 9 2nd floor flats with 7 communal entrance doors and 12 flats in a single block in a grade ii listed building. The successful contractor will be a nominated sub-contractor liaising with the Principal Contractor for the installation during the refurbishment of the block. The site is based in the St Pauls area of Bristol and will require a short lead time to commence the works.
