About this contract

This specification outlines the requirements for auctioneering services to facilitate the sale of various parcels of land and properties owned by the Council. The Council intends to engage a competent and experienced auctioneer to conduct auctions for individual or grouped parcels of land, which may vary in size but are likely to consist predominantly of plots under 1 acre for the financial years 2024 to 26/27.
