About this contract

ALL DOCUMENTS CAN BE FOUND ON THE PROCONTRACT (PROACTIS) PORTAL. The project is to comprise of an Environmental Refurbishment of the external areas of the blocks of maisonettes within the estate of Market Square, Farley Hill. The blocks of maisonettes are over shops. Works will cover 17 properties and comprise of renewing roofing tiles, soffits and fascias, gutters and down pipes, patio's to maisonettes, painting and the canopies of the blocks of maisonettes.
