About this contract

The Council is seeking Voluntary & Community Organisations to bid to deliver services to asylum seekers in the Bradford area. Please see below for some examples of the types of services we would be looking to fund. • Innovative projects that are user-led in planning, development and implementation • Training for OISC Immigration Advisors e.g. level 3 • Development officer that could assist VCS organisations – build capacity and bid for money. • Provide services and activities to build on positive mental health & resilience, prevent isolation & reduce the risk of boredom and anti-social behaviour. • Services that are available for advice and signposting on arrival and offer a drop-in service and/or support to make contact with Migrant Help if and when required. It is anticipated that the Grant will be paid from not before 2nd October 2023 This date is to be used as a guideline only and is subject to change.
