About this contract

Procurement of an Asset Valuations Advisor/Consultant (Valuations of Residential Properties located within the Borough) for the Corporate Property Department of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, London. Further Competition documents (part 1) will be uploaded on Thursday 26th November 2015 and will be available for all Practices that are assigned to the Property Lot of the Homes and Communities Agency Framework to view. All 14 Consultants will be invited to submit a Part 1 bid. The Part 2 documents (ITT) will be issued to the top scoring 4 Practices identified from the evaluation of the Part 1 submissions. Additional information: Expressions of Interest are invited from Consultants who are professionally experienced in Town Planning Consultancy Services.
