About this contract
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO), wishes to implement year 2 (FY 17-18) Cross Whitehall Prosperity Fund non ODA activity in Mexico entitled "Future Cities". The Service Supplier will conduct clear, robust and evidenced recommendations for a key Mexican city to create the conditions for feasible and self-sustaining implementation of low emission vehicles in public and private transport sector sub-segments. The implementation of this strategy will identify potential commercial opportunities and areas for UK private sector engagement. Additional information: A report which details the technical, operational, environmental, financial and other key aspects of the different bus configurations and their efficiency when considered for public transport operations in the Monterrey metropolitan area. Buses studied should be electric, hybrid or diesel (Euro VI, EPA16 or higher).
