About this contract

The authority is looking for a supplier to undertake a bespoke leadership development training programme devised to address the shortage of "ready now" appointable candidates to Deputy Director of Nursing (DDoN) roles across England, by continuing the talent scheme for aspirant DDoN which would ensure the future pipeline to Director of Nursing (DoN) roles is secured.
