About this contract

The domestic abuse BME second stage safe accommodation must be sole purpose with appropriately trained and experienced staff. This service must provide a minimum nine units of self-contained single sex second stage domestic abuse safe accommodation in Leicester City in line with MHCLG requirements and statutory guidance, with specialist domestic abuse support in place. The service shall work collaboratively and in an integrative manner with other local and national specialist services for those affected by domestic abuse to maximise the efficient use of local resources for those in need of them. The service must apply commissioner approved routine outcome monitoring at individual level focussed on reducing inequalities, improving health and well-being, and reduction from abuse. The service shall work collaboratively and in an integrative manner with other local and national specialist services for those affected by domestic abuse and the Authority’s Homelessness Prevention and Support Services and Housing Management Service.
