About this contract

The multi-disciplinary Design Team will be expected to prepare detailed plans for the proposed development and should be capable of providing, as a minimum, Civil & Structural engineering services Architectural services, Mechanical & Electrical engineering services, Landscape consultancy services, Acoustic consultancy services and Sustainability/Whole Life Carbon Assessment services.

It is expected that these services will be required from September 2025 for an initial period of 12 months unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the contract, with HIE having the option to extend for a period or periods together not exceeding 6 months following the Initial Term. The budget currently available to deliver this service is between GBP450,000 and GBP550,000 (excluding VAT), inclusive of all travel and subsistence and travel time. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.Value not published
