About this contract

The City of London Corporation (the City) invites Tenders for the provision of Architectural Services at Rebond House, 98-124 Brewery Road. Rebond House is an industrial property, constructed on ground and two upper floors, comprising of circa 31,500 square feet in total, and was built around 1958. The building forms part of a larger industrial estate held by City's Estate in Brewery Road, Islington. Planning permission was obtained in September 2018 to extend the north, east and west elevations and to construct an additional storey on top of the roof. This will provide an additional floor. The rest of the building will undergo a complete refurbishment with new finishes and MEP services throughout. The external envelope will also receive work. The duration of the contract is 84 weeks.
