About this contract

Arc Partnership Ltd intend to hold market engagement events for their upcoming opportunity for 'General Building works' across the county of Nottinghamshire. Arc intends to award contracts to two separate suppliers to enter into a mini-competition framework following a tender process. The framework will be for the duration of four years and the two successful tenderers will then quote for individual projects as they become live. This Notice is to advertise the market engagement sessions only. A Contract Notice will be released separately and will detail instructions for accessing tender documentation. Currently Arc spends circa £2,000,000 a year on general Building works - this value would be split between the two suppliers.
