About this contract

The Council has decided to establish a Local Authority Trading Company (LATCo) to undertake the refuse/recycling, grounds maintenance and street cleansing services within the City. The Council would like to appointa managing contractor team (MC) to oversee the LATCo, to deliver the existing services. The contract will bebetween the LATCo and the MC with MC being responsible for managing the LATCo and delivering the serviceson the Council's behalf. It is key that the MC plans for and implements improvements to services and particularlyrecycling rates to benefit the Council and the residents of Liverpool.
