About this contract

The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking suitably qualified contractors to undertake a review of the Council's evidence base documents that inform and support the adopted CIL Charging Schedule 2014. The output of this review will be:- • An update of the Viability Study 2014, including a series of recommendations of appropriate levy rates for all types of development that can viably absorb CIL. • An update of the Strategic Infrastructure Plan.
