About this contract

Delivering Apps to Smartphones is a key element of transforming the digital workplace and providing colleagues with modern solutions which enable them to be more efficient and effective. To date the delivery of Apps to the DWP store has been slow /or resulted in apps being declined due primariliy to security concerns and a lack of the rught tools and internal capacity to be able to assess and understand app behaviour. In a global landscape there is the necessity to secure an Application that will assess and rate the security of mobile applications. Additional information: This service is being procured to provide DWP with a stand alone service that willassure security on the applications used on DWP SmartPhones within the DWP estate, these applications will be continually mornitored for updates and re-assured for security and threats as changes to the Appluications are made. The providers of the serrvice will have no interaction with the DWP estate, and will provide a reporting dashboard to DWP highlighting required Management Information
