About this contract

East Surrey CCG, North West Surrey CCG, Surrey Downs CCG, Guildford and Waverley CCG and Surrey Heath CCG are seeking to re-procure the current provision of Primary Care Psychological Therapies Services (Adults) / IAPT services through AQP. This is a re-accreditation and reopening of the current AQP Primary Care Psychological Therapies Services (Adults) / IAPT service. All existing providers MUST reapply to continue providing this service from 01 April 2016. All providers that wish to submit an application form, whether existing or new providers, must read the attached documents (available on the Bravo website). The Technical Envelope has different sections for existing providers and different sections for new providers. Please note that ALL providers must fill out the Qualification Envelope in full. Please note that under ‘Any Qualified Provider’ contracts there will be no guarantees of volume in the contracts awarded. Further, prices are set. All providers who wish to apply must do so by completing the Qualification questionnaire and Technical questionnaire which can be accessed through BravoSolution. Please see instructions on How To Apply. Potential Providers are asked to please note the following: Providers should read the Qualification Information document and all other supporting documents, available for download on Bravo, prior to filling out the Bravo application form, paying attention to the guidance therein. The Bravo Messaging system for questions from Applicants will close on Thursday 14 January 2016 at 12 noon, allowing time for answers to be posted and applicants to complete their applications by the reply by date of Friday 22 January 2016 at 12 noon. If Applicants are asked Clarification Questions during the Evaluation Stages, they have 48 hours in which to respond. Please ensure that you have staff available to answer the questions, which will be sent to you by email. Failure to respond in the given time could adversely impact your application. Please see Additional Text section for details on How to Apply. Additional information: How to apply An electronic tendering tool is being used for this procurement. Interested parties should access the portal: http://southeastcsu.bravosolution.co.uk Suppliers using the portal for the first time must register to receive a password for their initial login. To Access the ITT: a) Log into the portal and click the “View Current Opportunities and Notices” link; b) Click on the Project Title: AQP Psychological Therapies/IAPT (Adults) - Surrey CCGs; c) Click the “Log in or Register to Participate” button on the left hand side. Once you register your “Expression of Interest” - this will move the ITT into your “My ITTs” page (a secure area reserved for your projects only); d) Click on the ITT code (itt_10) and the “Attachments”, “Qualification Envelope - Questionnaire”, “Technical Envelope - Questionnaire” and the “Messaging Service” can be accessed. Please be aware that the Bravo website, including the application sections, has an automatic timeout after 15 minutes of inactivity. Activity is counted as you clicking on a hyperlink however it does not include copying and pasting text into an answer box as an action. Therefore we advise that you save your application form promptly after each change and be aware that you will lose any new information you have inputted if the system times out and therefore logs you out. For all other enquiries, interested parties must use the messaging service on the e-tendering Portal. Parties wishing to submit a bid for the Contract and to gain access to the Invitation to Tender documentation, are asked to do this in accordance with the instructions set out above (It is important to note that if you do not register on BRAVO, you will not be able to access the supporting documents/information). Interested parties should note that the deadline for Tender submissions is 12 Noon, 22 January 2016.
