Norwich City Council are looking to appoint an organisation or lead partner to take over the day-to-day running of The Halls. This will include programming, event management, staffing, marketing & box office, day-to-day venue management (including cleaning, minor repairs, compliance, risk management), bar management, budget management and anything else pertinent to successful venue management. The contracted site covered by this is The Halls, St Andrew's Plain, Norwich, NR3 1AU and includes St Andrew's Hall, Blackfriars Hall, the Cloisters, the Crypt, Becket's Chapel, Chapter House (remains) and other meeting, office, and operational rooms within the complex.
