About this contract

CORSERV Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd wishes to appoint a Contractor to undertake a JCT Minor Works Contract for the removal and disposal of existing heating systems, and to supply and fix new, fully controllable and energy efficient air source heating and hot water systems. The new systems will be designed by the Contractor to achieve the design temperatures outlined in the contract documentation along with other Employer requirements and restraints. A total of 59 properties are included in this project, located in Cornwall. In addition to the Contractor designed heating and hot water system, electric focal point fires will be supplied and fixed to each property. The heat output of which shall not be included in achieving the design temperatures. Contract completion will be by the end of February 2019. Additional information: This procurement will be managed electronically via the South West Portal found at https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/ (Due North) to manage tender processes. New users to the system must register on this site to obtain a username and password before gaining access to the system. All interaction with the Council in respect of this requirement will be conducted through the Due North system.
