About this contract

Aspire Housing (Aspire) is seeking to appoint a preferred supplier to enter into contract to provide Mechanical &Electrical Servicing and Maintenance to properties owned and managed by Aspire. The contract is for a period of 3 years with an option to extend (x2) for a further 1yr, subject to satisfactory performance - (total 5yrs). Commencement date of the contract will be June 2017. Clarification period closes17/04/17. Please note that this project is being facilitated by Orbit Group (Service Matters). All documents are available to download from www.housingprocurement.com.
