About this contract

The RFI and RFP documents can be downloaded from our e-sourcing tool (Scanmarket) using the link above. The RFI must be completed and submitted by the 19.01.24 The RFP can be viewed as read only until the 19.02.24 An editable version of the RFP shall be issued to bidders that are shortlisted from the RFI. Scope as below. To collect, transport and deliver various types of plant (e.g., 360˚ excavator, telehandler, tractor, spreader, etc.) and mats to, from and between various agricultural, treatment and storage sites. On occasion we move plant and equipment to a repair facility or an agricultural show. The supplier safely positions and lays the mats to provide a suitable surface for loading, and to provide diesel to refuel the plant. For the new agreements there will also be the option to select a "managed service" as detailed later in this document.
