About this contract

This Requirement contributes to a work package of the Large Scale Data Processing & OSINT (LSDP&O) Project in the Intelligence Countering Adversary Networks (ICAN) Programme by providing the ground truth imagery needed to set a Kaggle Challenge. This work package is the continuation of the work to run a Kaggle competition on the automatic mark-up of overhead imagery. Due to the high profile nature of this task it is deemed a priority for the work package and the project. The overall requirement is to turn the existing imagery into a format ready to be used in the competition and identify the location of various object and features within a portion of the imagery.
