About this contract

The purpose of this procurement is to consolidate statutory advocacy provision for Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Independent Mental Health Advocacy, Care Act Advocacy and a Single Point of access into one provision, with Independent Health Complaints Advocacy as a separate but aligned provision, either from the same provider or another provider working in Partnership.
