About this contract

Islington Council has a small in-house repairs team to carry out repairs and maintenance to Islington non-housing property. The team requires support from a pool of three (3) external contractors with Plumbing and Drainage expertise to deliver a responsive repairs and maintenance service to Islington's portfolio of non-housing premises.
