About this contract

South Cambridgeshire District Council are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced company to: Tender for Additional Parking Area’s, Cox’s Close, Stapleford and Doll’s Close, Balsham. SCDC will require the successful contractor to provide a customer focused service and show a commitment to providing an effective service that provides value for money to the Council and its residents. General description of works: Excavate existing soft landscaping to formation level, supply and lay 150mm drainage (Doll’s Close), supply and install soak away, supply and lay Kerbs Inc. drop kerbs, install membrane, supply and install sub base, supply and lay tarmac / PCC Permeable block paving (Cox’s Close) to correct falls and levels.
