About this contract

This service specification will form part of the contract between, The Borough Council of Sandwell ("The Council") and the Provider for a comprehensive, high quality and cost-effective cycling provision that engages non-cyclists, individuals with low cycling proficiency and confidence, those seeking to enhance their cycling abilities, and those aspiring to acquire skills through the utilisation of non-standard cycles, also known as adaptive cycles. Additional information: The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to Quotation or other related documents.
