About this contract
The New Care Models programme is looking to procure a supplier to facilitate and develop a community of practice for acute care collaboration vanguards. Communities of practice are groups of practitioners who come together to provide peer support, shared expertise and experience in developing a common purpose. In this instance, the common purpose is designing and implementing new models of acute care collaboration. There are 13 acute care collaboration vanguards and of these 13, seven are working on accountable clinical networks, two on specialty franchises and four on hospital groups models. We are looking for a community of practice that brings together all 13 acute care collaboration (ACC) vanguards yet that also co-ordinates two smaller communities – one for hospital groups and one for networks and franchises.
