About this contract

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is looking to replace its existing E-Discovery solution with a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) package, or an alternative Software as a Service Offering (SAAS) (subject to meeting FCASecurity requirements). The FCA is seeing an increase in the volume and complexity of its case data. Therefore,the FCA would like to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its review process by adopting new technologyand ways of working. The scope of this procurement will also include implementation services, maintenance and support services and the migration of data from the FCA's existing system to the new system. Existing users can login to the eSourcing portal: https://fca.bravosolution.co.uk and new users should follow the registration process to receive a username andpassword. 2. Login to the portal - Click the 'PQQs/ITTs Open to all Suppliers' link. Click on project_18073-ACT-16E-Discovery - Selection Questionnaire to access the content. Click on the 'Express Interest' button atthe top of the page. this will move the PQQ/ITT into your 'My PQQs/My ITTs' page. You can now access theSupplier Questionnaire. 3 Responding to the tender - Click 'My Response' under 'PQQ/ITT Details'. You cannow use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer & seek any clarification - Note the deadlinefor completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete - You must then submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button. Additional information: The Enforcement and Markets Oversight division within the FCA has approximately 400 employees, notincluding contractors, who use the Evidence Management System (EMS) software, which currently storesaround 120 000 000 documents. Digital evidence review and analysis are core capabilities required to supportregulatory, civil and criminal case work. The quality of these capabilities has a direct impact on the FCA's abilityto undertake effective and efficient enforcement action and to assist the FCA with effective credible deterrence. The requirement is for a COTS package with the ability to deliver the following outcomes: *effective evidence management and production of reviewed material, *appropriate management of sensitive/protected information. The system must be able to provide the below key strategic functionalities: *industry standard productions, *a robust and scalable system. We are looking for a supplier that can deliver a partnership approach.
