About this contract

ACL have acquired a development site in Bath with the benefit of detailed planning consent for 9 residential units. 6 semi-detached units and 3 detached and are looking to commission a local contractor to take on the Groundworks Package. Following the demolition and clearance of the existing church (by others), a level survey of the site will be required to be carried out (refer to tender bills of quantities). The successful contractor will then be required to work with ACL to provide advice and assistance to ascertain the optimum cut and fill balance across the site such that minimum material is removed from site.
