About this contract

The Science Museum Group wishes to appoint a Supplier to provide access consultancy for two projects which are the re-imagining of existing gallery spaces at the Science Museum. The appointed consultant will facilitate discussions with the project team to define robust and creative access strategies that deliver meaningful ways for all visitors to engage with the gallery's stories, objects, physical and digital interactive exhibits. In addition, the appointed consultant will review design drawings and reports, review exhibition environment, graphic and textual exhibit interpretation, and interactive exhibits, including prototypes, to ensure the gallery is accessible to the widest possible audience and physical and intellectual barriers to visitors' engagement are removed.
