About this contract

Accent Housing Limited wish to purchase video conferencing equipment for 5 office locations throughout England. This is a republished opportunity. The attached document provides the specification for our requirements including the dimensions for the rooms. All work is to be completed before the end of January 2019 Pricing must be itemised and clearly state each of the lines of equipment, support, maintenance, training and installation. Accent wish to outright purchase the video conferencing equipment. Questions to be submitted through the portal only. Any communication to be made via the portal only. All submissions for this work to be made via the portal only. Late submissions will not be accepted. Contract length is for 36 months for the support and maintenance elements.
