About this contract

Tenders are invited to carry out a survey of AMR E. coli and Listeria found on raw, prepacked, farmed salmon fillets on retail sale in the UK. We anticipate the survey will be in two phases: Lot 1 - Survey design, sample collection at retail and transportation to the testing laboratory. Lot 2 - Microbiological testing, data analysis and reporting.
