Due to technical issues effecting the upload of returns we have reissued this tender on PREF:00000913. Suppliers will need to express an interest in order to submit their response. ---- This research is being commissioned to provide Historic England with a clearer understanding of the impacts of the advice that the organisation provides on planning applications and listed building consent. Providing advice represents a significant proportion of Historic England's operational expenditure, and a better understanding of the conservation, economic and social outcomes that arise from this work is essential for the organisation in its mission to provide public value.
