About this contract

The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for minor refurbishment works in the Arts Tower. Scope of Requirement: The main aim of the project is to undertake minor refurbishment works to Levels, 1,2,3 and 7 of the Arts Tower. Works are as follows: • Level 1: Removal of existing service wall and making good finishes. • Level 2: Removal of existing reception desk, two doors and glazed screen. Making good finishes. • Level 3: Provision of new agile working space, including alterations to existing service walls and finishes. • Level 7: Removal of existing reception desk and two doors. Making good finishes. The full technical specification can be found in the tender documentation which will be sent to you once you have expressed your interest.
