About this contract

Corserv Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the remodelling of a property for full wheelchair users. The property is a two bedroom semi-detached bungalow which is currently void and will remain so throughout the duration of the works. This will be carried out under a JCT minor works contract. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer comprising 70% Price and 30% Quality.
